The Preschool Transition Team works with families and students of preschool aged children (3-5 years) to provide information regarding special education services for students with disabilities.

If you reside within Poway, have a child who is 3-5 years of age, and you have concerns about their development after reviewing developmental norms, please contact the PUSD Special Education Preschool Transition Team at (858) 484-8661 x3740 to leave a detailed message or complete this Parent Interest Form. A member of our team will follow up to discuss the next steps for your child.

If your child is under the age of 3 and you have concerns about their development, please contact HOPE Infant Family Support Program or San Diego Region Center.
