The MVMS lunch area has been transformed into a colorful space by a group of almost sixty student and staff artists through Project Counter the Orange which was recently covered in the PUSD News Minute.  We are excitedly updating the PTSA website with pictures of each mural, its inspiration, creator(s) and artist statements. 

This group of almost sixty 6th, 7th, 8th graders and staff is remarkable. Their artistic talents stop you in your tracks as their inspiration brings the emotions. We want to invite the community to celebrate their accomplishment with their friends and family at our MVMS Gallery Night Reception.  

The first 20-25 minutes of the evening includes words from the school, local artists, and student artists speaking about their experience

The remainder of the evening provides you an opportunity for you to take in the art and meet the artists, including leaving your compliments to the students
