Fall OCIS- PE Application 2023-2024 

The application deadline for OCIS-PE for the 2023-2024 school is due March 17th. Please download the application HERE. If you plan to continue OCIS-PE next year, you must submit a new application for 2023-2024 school year.
Fall applications for the ‘23-'24 school year can be scanned and emailed to the School Secretary, Michelle Rinehart at [email protected] and Assistant Principal, Melanie Brown at [email protected]. 

**If you are an 8th grade student, your OCIS-PE Application must be submitted to your high school.
