Process:   Distribution this year will be a Drive-up process like was done for the delivery of the Chromebooks and is currently being done for school lunches. Here is the process that will need to be followed in order to honor the current social distancing guidelines:

Senior textbook drop-off will be at the bus turn around.  Seniors dropping textbooks, turn right at the stop sign, drop off books  at the table provided, then drive to yearbook pick-up.

1.)    Students will enter main school driveway by car and proceed to roundabout in front of PAC.

2.)    Students will pull up to wait line to have ID checked, receive sticker and receive instructions.

3.)    Students will show volunteer their sticker, and receive yearbook.

4.)    Seniors will then proceed to the BHMS parking lot to receive their cap and gown, or exit campus.

*Students must have their student ID with them.

*For safety purposes, any person coming to pick up a yearbook must wear a mask and remain in their vehicle at all times.

All volunteers will be wearing masks and gloves to prevent the possible spread of Coronavirus. We will also be practicing social distance measures to ensure everyone’s safety!

Because of the additional measures that will be placed upon us, we ask that everyone have patience with the process. As with everything these days, this is a new way of doing things. Please do not come up to campus to pick up a yearbook if you only have a few minutes and are in a hurry. At this time, we do not know how long the process will take and what the line will look like to get the books.
