The FULL STEAM AHEAD campaign kicked off today with a fun Rattler’s Rock Assembly.  We have fun events planned for students next week to engage them in STEAM related areas:

Monday- “Fun with the art of Music”
Special guest Laura Preece will engage students in fun musical activities.

Tuesday-  “Fun with Science”
Special guest Rob McKay will fascinate us all with water propelled rockets.

Wednesday- “Fun with Engineering”
Special guest Sarah Whitehead will lead students in cool hands-on engineering activities.

Thursday- “Fun with Art”
The MEF board will engage students with an exciting art activity.
We could still use some volunteers for the Thursday event.  Please e-mail midef.steam@gmail.com if you are able to come help out during lunch time

The information on how to contribute to this important campaign came home with your student this week.  If you have questions or comments, please contact us at midef.steam@gmail.com.  Please consider donating early because learning can’t wait!
