  •   WHAT I WISH MY PARENTS KNEW - TUESDAY, MARCH 31

    Join us on Tuesday, March 31 from 6:30 - 8:45 p.m. at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts, 15498 Espola Rd, Poway, California 92064 for the next What I Wish My Parents Knew community event.

    What I Wish My Parents Knew is a community based conversation and you are invited to the table! This conversation is among parents in the Poway Unified School District community and facilitated by our High School Principals and leaders in the faith community. The purpose of this conversation is to support parents resulting in safer and more successful students. For more information, click here.

    AP exam registration is open now until February 28 for AP courses that began in Trimester 2 (AP Calculus BC, AP German Language, AP Computer Science Principles and AP Statistics).  Late registration for Trimester 1 AP courses is also available.  Click here to register

  •   SOLE EFFECTS IS COMING TO PHS!

    SOLE Effects (Step Out, Lead Everyday) is a program with the mission of growing confident and courageous leaders by building trusting peer relationships with college mentors (guides) who are trained and guided by experienced adult mentors, their "advisors".   They will be visiting classrooms on eight consecutive Fridays this spring.  You can learn more about their work at www.soleeffects.org.
     


  •   MEASURE P - BALLOT BOND INFORMATION

    The Poway Unified School District Board of Education is placing Measure P on the March 2020 ballot. For general information about Measure P, click here. You can read the full resolution, ballot measure text, and project list for Measure P here (pages 182-196).  


  •   ENROLLMENT AND INTRADISTRICT TRANSFERS 2020-2021

    If you live in the Poway Unified School District boundaries and are interested in requesting a transfer to a school that is not your school of residence, you must submit a request during the transfer window of February 1 – March 31, 2020. No transfer requests will be accepted outside of this window, and no exceptions will be made. Note: if your student is currently on an Intradistrict Transfer and is moving to the next level (elementary to middle or middle to high school), he/she does not automatically move to the next school with their classmates. You must reapply for an Intradistrict Transfer. If your child is currently on an Intradistrict Transfer, his/her siblings do not automatically get into to the transfer school. You must apply for a separate Transfer for the sibling.
