Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten and New Student Enrollment 2020-2021

Due to the current school closures, Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year will take place on line from May 5- May 7, 2020. New student enrollment for all other grades will take place on line beginning on May 12. All information and directions are available on the district website. Please watch our Enrollment Video.

New Student Enrollment

2020-21 New Student Enrollment: New Student Enrollment begins May 12, 2020.  Due to the emergency school closures, Poway Unified School District has updated the new student enrollment process for the 2020-2021 school year. While schools are closed, the enrollment process will be completed electronically. Click here enrollment: PUSD New Student Enrollment.   School Closure and COVID-19 Updates: Check out the May 14th Message.  VISIT PUSD CORONAVIRUS UPDATES PAGE  Schools and district offices will be closed until further notice to help slow the spread of COVID-19. There is important information regarding the end of the school year, including our decision not to physically reopen before June 11th, feedback on distance learning, graduation and promotion plans, and summer learning and childcare opportunities.


Online continuing registration for current Poway Unified School District students will reopen on June 1, 2020, at 8 a.m. for those families that missed the original deadline. Our online registration period ran from April 1 through April 30, 2020. In order to accommodate families, we extended it through May 8.

Run Club Winners!

Run Club Class Winners!Hi Shoal Creek runners! Just a quick announcement to congratulate the entire school on an amazing year of running. Even though our time was cut short, you all inspired us with the effort and miles you put in - 4,482 miles in all! We also wanted to give props to the runners that would have been recognized at Friday Flag: · with 50 miles: Addison Yang and Alexis Kitelinger· with 75 miles: Kate Reynolds and Jack Reynolds· and with 100 miles: Bennett Idell· Finally, the lower grades class winners for the year (drum roll please…) Mrs. Hagan’s class! And the upper grades class winners for the year…. Mrs. Moore’s class!

Monetary Donations

All donations are voluntary. A donation is not required to participate in any school activity.  Additionally, any donation a parent wishes to give must be issued to the school, not the teacher.
