ASB SPIRIT COLOR WEEK – This week is Spirit Color Week. Check the colors listed each day and show your school spirit!

EIGHTH GRADERS-PREPARE FOR HIGH SCHOOL . Eighth graders will be receiving their High School registration materials on March 9th and also getting instructions from high school counselors on how to complete the forms.   Students are to begin obtaining teacher recommendations on the course request forms (CRF’s).  The CRF’s are due back to the student’s Science teacher by March 25th.  Please contact your Meadowbrook counselor if you have any questions.

FIFTH GRADE PARENT NIGHT:  Meadowbrook is gearing up to enroll our incoming 6th grade students for the 2010-2011 school year. The Fifth Grade Parent Night will be held Wednesday March 24th 6:30-8:00pm in the Meadowbrook gym.

GOVERNOR'S PHYSICAL EDUCATION CHALLENGE: The Physical Education Department would like to invite parents to take the Governor’s Challenge with us and our students during the month of March. All you have to do is: 1) sign up and to take the Governor's Challenge, 2) track your activity level each week with the online calendar and 3) be active for at least 30-60 minutes 3 days each week. 
    California teachers and parents can download a free 30 day California Teacher Pass to 24     Hour Fitness when they sign up to take the Governor’s Challenge themselves!

 GIRLS' DAY OUT- This program is designed to inspire girls to become educated women.  The program is presented by SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific in partnership with:

MUSTANGS RECYCLE! WEB Leaders are collecting plastic bottles and aluminum cans in participating classrooms. Bring in your cans and plastic bottles and help your class be the monthly winner of the "Perpetual Trophy"!  Money raised will be placed in a 6th grade camperships fund.

ACTIVITY BUS PASSES: Students who ride the 3:30 Activity Bus need an “Activity Bus Pass” in addition to their regular school bus pass. Students are to get these passes from the teacher they were with during the first hour after school. The ASES stand near the front gate will no longer hand out any bus passes. There is no Activity Bus on Fridays.
