Meadowbrook Middle School ASES: After-School Education and Safety 2016-17

Our ASES staff is excited to see everyone for this 2016-2017 school year.  Our program is grant funded, which allows ASES to provide our services without any cost. However, participants must meet attendance requirements. We will adhere to the guidelines of the grant that provides our funding, which stipulates that priority must be given to students who attend ASES five days per week and meets the required late arrival time (morning program) or early release time (afternoon program). Because our program is always at capacity, enrollment priority will be given to students who stay past 5:30 PM meeting the intent of the grant.
After School Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 2:25PM-6:00PM
Note: Early Release - Students may be picked up any time after 4:15PM, Academy students may be picked up after 5:00PM
Program Requirements
The after-school program is on a waitlist, a registration form must be filled out and submitted in order to be placed on the waitlist. Please arrive before 6:40 AM Monday, Wednesday-Friday, and Tuesday before 7:10 AM. Academy students can be picked up anytime after 5:00 PM and students that are out at 2:30 PM can be picked up anytime after 4:15PM. Priority will be given to students who attend the program 4 to 5 days a week.

We will be reviewing attendance, so please make sure you are meeting program requirements or your child may be dropped.
